Ultimate Pumpkin Bars with Epic Cream Cheese Frosting

Preheat and  Prepare the Pan

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 10x15-inch baking pan. Line with parchment paper for easy removal later.

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Set aside.

Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin puree, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

Make the Batter

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix—the batter should be thick.

Bake the Bars

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center springs back when pressed.

Make the  Cream Cheese Frosting

Beat softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.

Frost the Bars

Once the bars have cooled completely, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top. Add a dusting of cinnamon or sprinkles if you like!
